Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for worn accessories.
The quality warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Compensation will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
Product exchange and refund are only available for unused products and must be requested through a 1:1 inquiry within one week of purchase.
Please make sure to include the 'Quality Guarantee' when requesting an exchange or refund.
If the product is damaged due to mishandling or inadequate storage, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for after-sales service.
After-sales service is available twice a year with a valid product warranty.
Free after-sales service includes:
- Simple surface repolishing
- Minor scratch removal
- Basic lock repairs
Paid after-sales service is available for:
- Missing jewelry (charges apply for jewelry and setting)
- Deep scratches and significant damage
- Cases where the production team determines that simple repairs are not feasible

- International orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
- If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address information, related shipping and customs costs may be deducted from the refund.
Returns
- Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
- Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, perfume, cosmetics, damage, or missing tags/packaging.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
- To change size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
