Purchase Limit Notice: One Item Per Person

To ensure fairness for all customers, there is a limit of one unit per product for each customer.

Example: You may purchase 1 pair of shoes + 1 pair of pants. However, you cannot purchase two units of the same item (e.g., purchasing the same style of shoe in both size 250 and size 260 at the same time is not allowed).

※ Please note that orders exceeding this purchase limit may be automatically cancelled or marked as sold out without prior notification.

• International orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
• If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address information, related shipping and customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

Returns

• Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
• Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, perfume, cosmetics, damage, or missing tags/packaging.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
• To change size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
• Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
