A COLD WASH AT 20°C OR A MAXIMUM
OF 30 °C IS ADVISED, AS HIGHER
TEMPERATURES CAN CAUSE
FIBRES TO LOSE THEIR
SHAPE OR BECOME TWISTED.

International orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address information, related shipping and customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, perfume, cosmetics, damage, or missing tags/packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
To change size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
