[NOTICE] Adidas x Thug Club Collaboration Release Guide

To ensure a fair and seamless shopping experience for all customers, the following purchase policies apply to this limited-edition collection.

1. Purchase Limits (Max. 3 Items per Person)

To provide more customers with the opportunity to purchase, items are strictly limited to one (1) unit per category per person.

Apparel: Max 1 item across all apparel products.

Accessories: Max 1 item across all accessory products.Footwear: Max 1 item across all footwear products.

Example: 1 Apparel + 1 Accessory + 1 Footwear = 3 items Total (OK)

Note: Multiple purchases within the same category (e.g., 2 pairs of shoes) will be considered a violation and are subject to cancellation.

2. Automatic Cancellations & System Delays

Stock Discrepancies: Due to sudden surges in traffic, real-time inventory may not reflect immediately. Orders may be automatically cancelled after payment is completed if the item becomes sold out during the process.

No Individual Notification: Please be advised that cancellations due to system errors or stock shortages will be processed with an automatic refund without separate notice.

3. Fraudulent Activity & Restrictions

Immediate Cancellation: Orders involving macros, identity theft, or repeated purchases from the same IP/address will be cancelled immediately without prior notice.

Permanent Ban: Users identified as fraudulent purchasers will be permanently excluded from all future Thug Club limited drops and may face account suspension.

• International orders are shipped on a DAP/DDU basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
• If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address information, related shipping and customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

Returns

• Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and free gifts.
• Returns may be refused if there are signs of wear, washing, stains, odor, perfume, cosmetics, damage, or missing tags/packaging.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
• To change size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
• Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
